Due to overwhelming demand, we’re making an exciting change at Daily Dose Studio to ensure every client receives the best possible training experience.
Before joining our Group Strength Training program, all new members will now complete The Effective Dose — a structured introduction that includes:
• 4 personal training sessions
• Personalized nutrition guidance
• Custom macro recommendations
This focused approach helps new members learn proper movement patterns, build confidence with equipment, and establish a strong foundation for safe and effective training.
It also ensures our group classes remain seamless for current members, maintaining the supportive, high-quality training environment Daily Dose is known for.
Our goal is simple: to help every person who walks through our doors feel capable, confident, and set up for long-term success, from your very first session to your strongest lift.
