For all classes you’ll need water. Bring a mat for yoga. If you have cleats for cycle you’ll want to bring those, however, we do provide them if you do not have your own. All pedals are SPD and Delta compatible.

Daily Dose Studio has a 2 hour cancellation policy. All classes canceled more than 2 hours prior to the start of class will be returned to your package. A class canceled within the 2 hour window or no show will result in a loss of class from your package. Monthly Unlimited members will be charged to their card on file, $15 (price of a drop-in) for any no show or cancellation within the 2 hour window.
