Lindsey DaRosa | Cycling + Yoga + Kettlebell Coach

Lindsey leads to the beat of her own drum with the goal of encouraging others to do the same. She builds a new playlist for every class as inspiration, meeting music with movement. In 2016 Lindsey walked out of a hot yoga class thinking, man that was tough. However, she realized the gleaming smile on her face told more of an authentic truth. She was hooked and less than a year later she completed a 200hr YTT, Baptiste Level 1, and Buti Yoga certification. In addition, Lindsey has extensive training and experience leading rhythm based indoor cycling class as well as a NASM personal training certification. Meet her on the mat, bike, and swinging kettlebells!

 Hailey Raleigh | Cycling Coach

Hailey loves to create an energetic atmosphere in class and encourages her riders to push themselves to feel like their best selves. Hailey builds a new playlist for her classes to motivate riders, add in fun challenges, and loves a good throwback that we can all sing along too. Hailey welcomes all riders from different backgrounds so that they fall in love with cycle just like she did!

Molly Potts | Yoga + Cycle Coach

Molly’s classes are music-inspired with movements and breath synced to the beat. She started practicing yoga in 2013 to build physical flexibility and coordination after an injury, but found many more mental benefits of the practice. Yoga has helped her cope with anxiety and find a sense of home and love in her body. She obtained her teaching certification in San Francisco in 2018, where she developed her fast-paced and flowing teaching style. Her heated classes will leave you feeling challenged, renewed, and hopefully sweaty. Molly strives to build strength, flexibility, balance, and an opportunity to find presence in every class. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, her custom classes are fit for every level. Come find your edge on the mat! Molly is currently training to become a Cycle instructor. She will begin teaching cycle in January!

Jamie Savva | Yoga Coach

Jamie received her 200CYT in 2015 with the focus on Power Vinyasa. Her love of yoga has only grown since then. Additionally, she has completed various trainings in Advanced Teaching, Yin Yoga, Pre/Post Natal, Kids Yoga, Yoga for Trauma, and Art of Assisting. Her love of yoga and movement stems from her beginnings as a dancer. She feels that the true path to ones heart and mind is through the physical barriers of the body. She believes yoga is for everyBODY and the sooner we can connect within, the more genuinely we can connect throughout. Jamie’s main reason for practicing yoga is to create the space to be a better mother, wife, and human. Her time on her mat is precious and essential to her commitment of keeping life full of light, laughter, and love.

Kim Perron | Kettlebell Coach

Kim loves leading classes that focus on building your confidence as well as your strength. She was inspired to become a certified Kettlebell coach after one of her trainers suggested she complete the intensive certification course as a training goal, and she’s never looked back. Kim is also a certified Precision Nutrition coach, retired WNBF Fitbody Pro, and business owner who understands the challenges of balancing the demands of daily life and our health and wellness goals. Her confidence-building playlists are designed to strengthen your mindset and your muscles.
